Delhi - Jaipur - Ajmer Tour
Itinerary: Tour Name: Jaipur & Ajmer Tour Tour Duration: 03 nights/04 days Places covered: Jaipur, Ajmer & Pushkar Day 01: Delhi Arrive in Delhi. Meet & assist by our representative. Transfer to hotel for check. After freshen up proceed for a tour to Delhi. The sightseeing place includes: Raj Ghat- Mahatma Gandhiji Memorial, Lotus Temple- A Bhai temple a architecture wonder built in a shape of Lotus, Red Fort- a huge fort complex built during the regn of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Qutub Minar It is the world's tallest brick minaret with a height of 72.5 meters (237.8 ft). Construction commenced by Qutb-ud-din Aibak who won Delhi from the Prithviraj under Bal Pitampura as his commander in chief, and finished by Iltutmish. Humayuns Tomb: Humayun's tomb is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's wife Hamida Banu Begum in 1562 CE, and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyath, a Persian architect.It was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinen and is located in Nizamuddin East, Delhi, India. Visit by pass India Gate, Parliament House and Connaught Place. Over night stay at hotel in Delhi. Day 02: Delhi-Jaipur (Shatabdi Train) Early morning transfer to Railway Station to board the Shatabdi Train to Jaipur. On arrival at Jaipur Railway station pick up & transfer to Hotel. Proceed for full day city tour visiting Amer Fort: located at 11 kms from Jaipur is a principal tourist attraction site built on hill. It is known for its artistic style amalgamation of both Hindu & Mughal architecture. One of the unique & interesting part is you can ride the decorated Elephant though the rampart of the fort. The other places of tourist importance are City Palace: A palace of Maharaja & includes of Chandra Mahal & Mubarak Mahal visit to this palace will take you though the Maharaja time. His way of living, collections etc. Close to is Jantar Manatar (Ancient observatory) which was used for astronomical purpose & was built by Maharaja Jai Singh II. Visit Hawa Mahal by pass. Return to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 03: Jaipur-Ajmer and Pushkar After breakfast transfer to Puskar. On arrival hotel check in. Later visit to Dargah Sharif of Ajmer the last resting place of the Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti. Dargah Sharif receives an endless flow of visitors of all religions as the sick, the troubled and the childless come here seeking a boon, a blessing or just peace of mind. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel. Day 04: Ajmer-Delhi In the morning after breakfast proceed to Pushkar famous for its Brahma Temple and Camel Fair in October. Pushkar is an hour drive from Ajmer. Though there are more than 400 temples in Pushkar, yet it is famous for the Brahma Temple as it is the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma. Pilgrims come from far and near to take a holy dip in the sacred lake of Pushkar to wash away their sins.
