BRIEF PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
TK International Ltd. (TKIL) incorporated in 1982 is engaged in development of holiday resorts under vacations time share concept and has become India's one of the leading Integrated tourism company and today is the leading vaca-tion time share company. The company's objective is promotion of tourism in the country.

Presently, the company has two holiday resorts of star category.

1. Toshali Sands, Puri
Toshali Sands Resort the first 4 star category resort in Orissa approved by Dept. of Tourism sprawled across 30 acres of lush green lawn and gardens and have overlooking view of Balukhanda reserve forest on the Konark Marine Drive, Puri consisting of tastefully decorated 105 air conditioned rooms, restaurant, 3 conference halls, shopping arcade, swimming pool, well equipped gym, children parks, tennis courts and other indoor and outdoor games. Toshali Sands is the first Indian resort affiliated to Resort Condominium International, U.S.A. (RCI). Toshali Sands is the only luxurious five star facilities village resort with its unique ethnic charm that offers everything that you could ask of a Resort Hotel with excellent luxuries. Every single cottage & room is a detailed work of art tastefully executed .

Toshali Royal View Resort, Shimla
The company has set up another 3 star resort i.e. Toshali Royal View Resort with a cost of Rs. 20 Crores Appx. stands majestically on the fringe of a beautiful triangle of Shimla, Chail and Kufri on the main Kufri Chail road. The resort is surrounded by rich pine forests on the one side and snowcapped mountains on the other. This resort consisting of well furnished 90 rooms, conference hall, multicuisine restaurant, bar, health club, sauna, steam, gym, Jacuzzi, indoor games etc and a sophisticated conference hall overlooking the pine valley with modern conference equipment.
