Hotels & Resorts

TK International Ltd operated its first resort at Puri, Odisha – Toshali Sands – accredited as 4-star by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, with 109 rooms, fitness centre, Spa providing Ayurveda massages, swimming pool, shopping arcade, tennis court, multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, conference hall and much more.

Thereafter, it also constructed a 3-star approved hotel at Shilonbagh, Shimla – Toshali Royal View – with 77 rooms, sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, conference hall, indoor and outdoor games and much more.

Recently, the company has also acquired a Goa based company managing a 3-star property at Goa – The Goan Village with 30 rooms, conference hall, restaurant, bars and other amenities.

The company has also acquired Toshali Jungle Lodge at Simlipal and four other properties at Odisha Buddhist Circuit viz. Toshali Ratnagiri, Toshali Udayagiri, Toshali Lalitgiri and Toshali Pushpagiri.

Other Businesses

• TK International Ltd has also ventured into tour and travel business providing domestic and inbound travel services.
• The company has also adopted a textile cluster at Odisha to provide access to the local weavers to international markets, product development, participation in international exhibitions, etc.

Upcoming Projects

The company is planning to construct a 4-star hotel at Bhubaneshwar as well with all the state-of-art facilities, which is likely to be operational by 2015.
